Evidence-Based Psychiatric Care with a Personal Touch

I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Brown University and received my medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. I completed my adult psychiatry residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center, followed by a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship through the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and Weill Cornell Medicine Program.

Following my training, I worked at Columbia Doctors, the faculty practice of Columbia University Department of Psychiatry, where I provided longitudinal treatment of psychiatric conditions in children, adolescents and adults, as well as served as the Medical Consultant to their intensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Program, and also provided comprehensive evaluations and second-opinion consultations for complex clinical cases.

I later served as an inpatient psychiatrist at Silver Hill Hospital, treating adults and adolescence admitted to the hospital with complex and acute psychiatric conditions. I continue to work part-time at Silver Hill Hospital, which helps inform my approach to nuanced and challenging psychiatric presentations.
